How long does it take to design and launch a website?
A standard custom website typically takes 4 to 8 weeks from kickoff to launch. More complex projects, such as large e-commerce platforms or highly custom web applications, can take 10 to 12+ weeks. Your specific timeline depends heavily on the scope of the project and how quickly feedback is provided.
Which platforms do you build websites on?
We work solely with Wordpress combined with our own tried and tested choice of framework and page builder to build fast, efficient and user friendly sites that are adaptable and as future proof as can be.
Will my website be mobile-friendly?
Absolutely. Over 55% of global web traffic comes from mobile devices, so every site we design is fully responsive (meaning it automatically adjusts to look great on phones, tablets, and desktops).
Do I need to provide the copy and images?
It’s totally up to you. Having your high-resolution images and final text ready prevents project delays. However, if you need assistance, we can do all of the heavy lifting for you by producing professional copywriting, premium stock imagery and custom graphics.
Can I update the website myself once it's finished?
Yes! We don’t believe in holding your website hostage, however 100% of our clients find it more efficient when we manage any and all website changes for them.
What happens if something breaks after launch?
We host and manage every website we build, and deliver a compulsory service maintenance package which means that we’ll take care of every technical issue that may arise as long as as the site is hosted by us and the monthly maintenance fee is paid.
What if we don't want to host the site with you?
You are free to move your website to any host you prefer, however we cannot provide any support in that situation. As a result, the website maintenance, support and upkeep will be your responsibility.
